well after i watched this movie i started having dreams about me being a psycho killer :( it was scary, every day the one main thing in my head now is killing that is what i mean by my mind has become evil.

1.) What you've experienced is actually quite common. A lot of people go through this after seeing scary films which kind of 'shock' their system. When I was younger, there was a story on the news about a girl who felt like she was "living" in the movie Scream after she saw it, and had to be hospitalised.

2.) I have a psych degree and believe me, you're not crazy. The key thing to remember is that you are concerned that what you are thinking/feeling is not normal--crazy people never contemplate things in this way, they just ACT on them. If you're worried about acting on them, don't be. Sane people, like you, will always have fears about inner monsters and the likes, but it is because of these fears that we stop ourselves from doing the wrong thing. I promise, you'll be okay :)

You're welcome. To be honest, I don't know if it's best that you keep writing this stuff in the journal, because it will always be fresh in your mind and you won't be able to move on...It's like a person trying to diet writing in their journal "I love chocolate" repeatedly, so it's constantly in their head. Maybe just acknowledging that your thoughts are irrational, then putting them out of your mind, will be more helpful. Just a suggestion :)
