It's weird that your whole town is "no perfume". I know certain places around me are, but not the whole town. My mom is allergic to perfume, so if I want to spray it, I have to be in my room or warn my mom not to go in the bathroom for awhile and make sure to very lightly spray it on me, unless it's a vanilla scent, which doesn't agitate her allergies for some reason.

about the light. there is a special light (i don't know what its called) but you can get a light that gives off natural light rather than artificial light which won't add any colouring to your skin tones and will makes the colours look like how they really are. it might be the laptop/camera that is making the colours weird.

I have a paranoia with being late to class too. I have been in college for three years already and I have never been late. It bothers me if I'm late or when other people walk in late. i had the same problem with eyeliner moving and i could be totally wrong, but try using a concealer thats less creamy, something like YSL touche eclat, this is finer and you will find that the eyeliner stays in better... same thing was happening to me with benefits erase paste and mac studio scupt and studio finish :) i hope you dont think im being weird giving you a beauty guru advice :) xx
