Thoose "blocks" with two wheels are called freeline skates, they are made out of iron or wood (depends on model)

The iron ones are called "freeline skates oc" and are 149 $

and the wooden ones are called "freeline skates grom" and are 99 $.

there are also counterfit versions called driftskates and you can find thoose for around 50 $.
