I started playing this game 18 years ago. I still think it's the best drinking game known to man. I cant drink this much anymore, so when i get a chance to play we play prison rules which means that only the people that know about the prison rules dont drink all there drinks. It's the only way to survive.
seriously... first time i ever got alcohol poisoning was to this game... made the rule everytime someone has to drink the 3 man has too.... low and behold the current 3 man rolls a 3 and makes me 3 man..... 24 beers + 12 doubleshots of jack + 8 double shots of jaeger later im in a hospital room for alcohol poisoning
This was definitely how New Years Eve went last night :)

OK Don't get the point of the game.. but it was hilarious wen the guy fell :P Ahhh good ol North Dakota and the fun we have with alcohol *lol*
