Great video as always Emily...you are professional, straightforward and you get to the point. I like how you use affordable products and are not hung up on labels. Most of these You Tube guru's would buy a box of dirt if someone slapped a "MAC" label on it. Then they would make a video raving about how fantastic that "box of dirt" was. It's kind of sad that people are such sheep and don't have any logical critical thinking abilities.

@veronica08jcj : i love ecotools brushes! cheap and great quality. a blending brush comes in one of the sets. definitely give it a try :)

Flushed was my first and only E.L.F. blush (quite a few years ago) and I never liked it because I thought it made me look like a clown. But I still kept it, and after revisiting it I realized just what a light hand can do for colors that are on the surface too bright or deep =)

I recently got the E.L.F. blush in Coy and I'm really liking that one too.

I've been looking for those half strip eyelashes since you first mentioned them in your early videos and unfortunately no matter how many times I looked at my WalMart I've never seen them, I checked several other places and to my disappointment I can't find them anywhere :/ I have several fake seperate eyelashes but the're too difficult to apply and always end up looking unbalaced and messy and I never had any luck with full strip. I really wish I had a chance to try these out.

why dont you buy a strip pair of eyelashes and cut off the outer edge a little so its like half lashes? i think that wud give a similar effect

I'm 'building my blush collection' right now, especially where cream blushes are concerned. I have a coastal scents 78 palette that pretty much has me set in terms of powder blushes. But I prefer cream blush for every day, especially in winters, so I'll be getting that Revlon one for sure. thanks! It's on my wishlist.

Just a tip for false lashes:

I watched TLCs What Not To Wear and Camindy the make up artist suggests snipping your false lashes right in half and applying them in two parts. It makes it easier to work with a small piece. I tried it and it definitely helps!!
