  • Bravo!!! Sheer artistry.. This performance contains everything me should expect or require from a perfect rendition. Mastery, creativity, imagination (the introduction of the sax), emotion. The combination is fulfilled, hence making the performance exquisite!

  • bravissimo!!!

  • What a pleasure to hear that!

  • you guys are amazing.. amazing.. i just love the violin part so much especially when she plays her violin when the part the sax is playing.

  • like it

  • I love what you've done with this piece and i think that the saxophone brings a great edge to it! I really love it!

    Thanks for sharing! :)

    Bravo de Montréal, Canada

  • The greatest. They play so fast .Maybe Japanes recpect European culture more than we Europeans. Ja,ja

  • well done :)

  • Great job!!!

  • the tone quality and talent of all three were amazing, even the sax, i dont think the sax ruins it, it's just unconventional. although i agree, that there was no sense of the song getting progressively harder and faster, and the sax did not sound staccato, it almost sounded like the notes were being slurred. so yeah, those are the only problems with this, but other than that it was superb!

  • clearly the saxophnist does not belong in this otherwise briliant execution...

  • your saxaphonist kinda ruins it.. sorry =/

  • Perfecto... qué conjunción de tres instrumentos tan distintos. Genial!!

  • Desde México, un abrazo y felicitaciones por tan magistral interpretación.

  • I think saxophone player is not thinking what is music.

    It's sickening for me.

I recomend when you play music, not to use sfz too much.

  • damn, shake them for me, baby (^^,)

  • Faster part should be played "staccato" not "legato" or slured, at least, it should sound like "staccato", that is only wrong thing about this...

  • I heard of Timothy Sun once. He shows his talent with this show with steady and accurate performance. The trio works well.

By the way, don't relate everything about sax to Kenny G. In terms of the sax, the reed, the mouth piece, tone color and playing style, Timothy Sun has nothing like Kenny G.

  • Let's put it that way, his piece was made famous by others, mostly Hungarians, like Deki Lakatos etc

But hungarians have never hide it, it always said :Monti's csardas

Let's not bring dirty politic into this subject.

  • Vittorio Monti (6 January 1868 20 June 1922) was an Italian composer, violinist, and conductor.

Monti was born in Naples where he studied violin and composition at the Conservatorio di San Pietro a Majella. Around 1900 he got an assignment as the conductor for the Lamoureux Orchestra in Paris where he wrote several ballets and operettas, for example Noël de Pierrot.

His only famous work is his Csárdás, written around 1904 and played by almost every gypsy orchestra.

  • I like the violin and piano, especially the violinist. She is really good. Interesting (original) slower tempo at times. But I am maybe more of a traditionalist and the sax and Csardas don't mix well IMO.

  • 美妙動聽

    色士風很出色

  • Hi Timothy!

Could please tell wich mouthpiece and saxophone do you play with?

  • Monti was Italian? I always thought he was Hungarian..

  • excelent

  • excellent dynamics and harmonies.

  • great violin performance i think...but sax guy is slurring some of it?? thats kinda cheatin dude haha..still tight

  • yeah!!

    this song is omgg

    aweesomee!!

  • Bravo. Make proud for Macau.

  • she has a lush sound

  • Excellent Timothy. You're accompanists did an outstanding job as well. And I don't know of anyone who has the right to call music of this calliber "rubbish". As a guess I would say this piece has some eastern european influences?

  • this is not for all east-european ! THIS IS ONLY FOR HUNGARIA !!! NO SLOVAKS,NO SERBS,NO ROMANS! NO CHECOSLOVAKIA ! THEY ARE OUR ENEMY ! THEY SAID TO THE HUNGARIAN NATION ,WE HAVE TO GO BACK TO ASIA ! BECOUES WE HAVE ASIAN BLOOD ! CSARDAS MEAN= HUNGARIA ! THANK YOU ! YOU PLAY VERY NICE ! GREETING FROM HUNGARIA !

  • You're not that stupid, aren't you?

  • The violinist is very beautiful but with the saxaphone makes it sound jazz like.

    Rubbish with Saxaphone.

    2 stars

  • ....and yet you can't even spell saxophone. Ignorance must be bliss.

  • THAT WAS SOOOOO KEWL!!!!!

  • Very very beautiful! So much feeling in it. I only find it a bit slow and not so much becoming harder. That makes it a little bit boring. But that is my opinion. The end was really very good!

  • brilliant song!

i like it how all 3 musicians kind of sway and move when they play.

  • me too..how's the score

  • Monti....

Non voglio dirti nulla, Lascia la "ciarda" ad uno tzigano e passami il mumero delle altre due magari gli va jazz...

Non ti arrabbiare ma se questo è Brahms io sono un cosacco della steppa..

  • nice !!!!

  • beautiful.

  • good!

  • Is there any way I can purchase this? I have never seen this arrangement before!

  • Felicitaciones ¡lo interpretan maravillosamente!

Será posible que me faciliten la versión para solo de piano? Gracias.

  • Quite nice. The piano player is also very talented.

  • nice

  • I dont think there is one.

  • where can i find scores for these just for saxophone (alto)

  • wow... how did you get this beautiful tone?? its ..wow...

  • hi guys, we are editing the score at the moment, should be done in a week time. thanks

  • hey guys....

    WOW.... sounds incredible!

Any progress on the score? i'd LOVE to get my hands on a copy! :D

  • I agree where can i find a score of this?

  • and sometimes that's the biggest huddle, syncing all of the musicians together in the entire song. If that's done, then that makes everything else sound good..:-)

  • excuse me, i meant hurdle, not huddle.

  • Great performance! I am amazed by the arrangement. I would like to get the scores, if possible.

  • just lovely. I enjoy it a lot. i never knew you could blend the two instrument so well
