Hes still alive. He was riding with his buddy who just came back from the armed forces, the one shooting, and saw a kid he knew riding a bike. He leaned out to hit the kid and the driver noticed he was about to hit a parked car. So the driver swerved and it was enough to knock the kid in the back out of the car cause he was unprepared for the swerve. Fucked his face up alright and in part two hes actually bleeding pretty bad.
