@812deerslayer She is from somewhere around there. I think she goes to Morehead. This was taped at the Wilder, Kentucky Bluegrass Music Festival, a one day fundraiser for the Wilder Fire Dept. It is a project of, and made possible by, the tenacity of their mayor, Mr. Stan Turner. He happens to be her grandfather. She will perform there until they get a new mayor and he just got reelected.
