turn off the power switch in the back, then hold down the eject button, then while your still holding down the eject button, turn the power back on, then it will eject :D

the reason i had to take the drive out was because i burnt the motor out that spins the disc,i dont know whats wrong with your ps3 if the graphis dont look up to what you expect you should call sony they will tell you what you should exspect from it Also how long have you had it ?
