Blizzard has finally pissed me off enough that I finally cancelled my WoW subscription, Due to I have been waiting for many many years for a game that I could play offline during my down times then finding out there will be no single player offline mode. They are full of shit and a major let down. I have been supporting them since early 90s buying allmost everything they made and this is what they have come to, FUCKING DUMBASS DECISIONS!! So yea, pass up D3, me and ma bro's are.

Havent they replaced game play and skill with paypal? I dont mind them having micro transactions... But running the gauntlet of paypal. I would rather face Baal himself armed with a banana than deal with the broken processes ending up in a call to the call centre in India. Used to like paypal when they had local callcentre support. Dont use it anymore. At least give us a more sensible option!.
@AGamersPlace they say it will be released early 2012. This info came out about 2 days ago. But I think they will release it in 2060, with a bit more shitty stuff included in it, you know, like auction house, DRM protection by constant internet connection and shit like that. -_-
I wouldn't say that the Witch Doctor replaces the Amazon, the Demon Hunter is the ranged bow and arrow type class that would replace the Amazon even though it is a somewhat "Dark Amazon" type feel. The Monk would seem like the replacement of the Paladin in almost every way except a lack of the heavy plate armor. The Witch Doctor is one of the best new classes in terms of fitting into the game IMO, a jungle-feel character is exactly what they needed, it replaces the Necromancer to a degree too

@Cuteandbrutal seems they're stepping away from the holy trinity (tank, dps, healer) idea, which could be interesting. I would expect barbarians to use shields though.
These guys don't know anything about Diablo series...These guys are more of a general player that plays a lot of games and doesn't focus on one game. I USED to be a Diablo 2 player, played it for a long time, and if I remember correctly, NOT ONCE have I ever heard someone call a place a "Dungeon." Don't worry guys the witchdoctor will grow on you. I myself doubted the monk and witchdoctor at first but the more and more i hear, i feel these classes are going to be awesome!
@OWFTWD Yea I played 2 years ago, 5 years ago, 7 years ago and 10 years ago. Ive seen the bots and Ive done all the quests and seen the graphics for so long its half way burned into my head for life. I cant wait for diablo 3 or torchlight 2... the only arpgs out that are even known are d1,diablo2,redstone,mynthos and they all have the graphics of somthing out of the 80's.. as a dungon crawler none rest straight to hack n slash fan I almost died during this wait.. 6 more months to go
If diablo 3 had healers i wouldnt play it.
