Watching Jesus being tortured caused me to feel so much empathy for him. I could barely watch the video. I had to hold myself back from breaking down in sobs. Jesus mother and father had to suffer even more due to they had the memory of their son being tortured and slowly being put to death.I could not bare to see my son put to death and in such evil way at that!I know there are people in this world that are ignorant&evil by nature.Animals don't even do such things as humans due to another.

@ardeod I know absolutely nothing on this subject compared to a lot of people, but I think it was because to test Adam and Eve and see if they were loyal to Him. No human can really understand fully, because as that proves we are imperfect and definitely not even close to being as smart as the Lord.

@hatem935 I agree with you 100%. I was raised by an Atheist step-father and a Catholic Mother, but against my mother's wishes, I grew up following Pagan beliefs. But no matter how many people tore me down for what I believed, I never hated anyone else's religion. I see no point in it. I know that it hurts to be hated for your beliefs, so I won't do it to others. Besides, I've always held the same thought: We'll know who's right when we're dead. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

I love the deep meaning of her words. It sounds like it's from three persectives. Get this:
1st stanza- a person admiting they can't get through pain and life on their own.
2nd- satans pov. telling them they are hopeless and worthless.
3rd- is the person fightinh satan's words.
4th- still the person saying they found god.
5th is jesus's point of view. saying he'll save the person.

i love this song with a passion, but this movie is too hyped. Its a gore fest and as much as i hate Christianity (at least the extremist ppl of the religion) this movie was exagerated, yes the bible says he was crucified and beaten but it was grosely exagerated, and its an act not the actual event playing out so i dont get why ppl think this is exactly what happened

Also not every person who doesnt believe in Christianity is a satanist. And i rlly dont appreaciate it bc him being the son of god (which is never portrayed as a physical thing) is a laod of garbage, it makes no sense and he was just a guy who was a religious fanatic and he died for it

When Peter calls Him "the Messiah, the Christ of God," Jesus doesn't correct him. If He didn't claim that, He would be offended by Peter's proclamation. He speaks of God very familiarly (again, "Father"), in a way that an ordinary Jew would not have done. If these don't amount to claiming divinity, what does?

@marcusabsent37 True but he never flat out said, "Iam the Son of God and the massiah." thats what I meant. He did talk familiarly of God but never exactly said he was the Son. Then again we are also called the children of God.
So in short I don;t mean he flashed it about, he was really rather shy about saying that he was better than anyone else. For example Mary Magdelon, he could have thrown the first stone but didn't.

It is true that He didn't throw it around, because He wanted people to actually listen to His message, and not just say "Wow, this guy is so cool: He can bring people back to life and is actually GOD!"

God made the tree of Knowlege because He was testing Adam and Eve on their obiedience to the Lord Eve ate the forbidden fruit and so did Adam THEY condemnded THEMSELVES because they disobeyed God. That was their sin. THAT'S WHY Jesus came to the earth to save us from the sin we are in.
