  • I just had a breakfast of eggs, sausage, and a slice of real cheddar cheese all cooked in coconut oil, bundled into an omellete, and topped with pepper and sea salt. Wonderful!

  • Woohoo ! Now I found out I had low blood pressure 3 months ago! It's gone now, but I never understood why I got it...
