I have to agree with some of the commentators here on your video. I respect that it may be or may have been for charity, however the original credit,score and creative copyright belongs to and goes to Terra Naomi. You are obliged to acknowledge her and stating that it is your new song and not your cover of a song and taking all the credit in your comments and from commentators is wrong and potentially illegal. If Terra Naomi has authorised it you really need to say!

@JippersinCornwall There's a lot of excitement about the fact that this is a cover. Terra Naomi has been fully supportive of Sarah's version of her song. She sent a lovely tweet to Sarah on its release. The writers are printed on the CD. Sarah's version of Autumn was also a cover and that too was strongly supported by Paolo Nuttini. Blue Chair was written by Sarah. Their support has been brilliant and the fund has now raised over £1m to help fight cervical cancer. Best.
