First one I was at I played RISK (which I had never heard of b4) and we played it in the hall way of the dorm. the next campus...well....i'll put it this way, im not racist, but if you happen to be white and about 3/4 of the school are black, common cultural ties is more difficult to cross.

So I've got this random Hero Quest story. I got the game, my friend got the game. I played through some of the levels with people when my friend was playing with his dad & bros. They left the game sitting out to continue it later. His dad was the dungeon master and he wasn't around, so I was telling my friend where everything was. His dad comes marching in from the other room and smacked me on the face. I think I was 13 and he was like 40. I felt it for a long time.

People get into this "crap" because it is fun. If you don't, that's fine, but that's no reason to be a jerk. A lot of famous people play, or have played, D&D, such as Tim Duncan, Robin Williams, Vin Diesel, and Stephen Colbert. Playing these kind of games in no way means you have no social life or can't get attractive women; its just a game people play for fun.
