Nice work, however I have some suggestions: - The joint between the wrist and the hand is too thin - The finger's shape is way too exaggerated, it needs to be a bit smoother rather than dips and bumps.

The hand doesn't seem to be defined by geometry detail,but by textures which makes it look more toon-like.

Nice work. But you have to keep in mind, that the thumb does not extrude from the side of the hand, but rather from the front.
