  • What you see is a wedge wire filter with 0.007" spacing between the wires. Electrical tape around the top edge forces the smaller bubbles back into central collection hole. This was done to test a few things for gas separation. Removing tape allows the smaller diameter gas bubbles to exit out the side for collection while the hole you see the gas exiting out the top will allow the gas from the center electrodes to escape. I'll try to post video of improved version of this cell as I get time...

  • The way that is working...I wonder if you are getting a mix of H and O from the middle or if the center bubbles are strictly H and the fine bubbles around the outer are O...you may have a way to separate using a tube around the whole cell and an inner one catching just the middle gases. Just something to ponder. Is the gas production the same way if you reverse the polarity? If not then you may very well be separating the gases.
