Salazar's basically the reason why this game is impossible to complete using only the knife. You can only fight him with a firearm. :(

Not true. There is a glitch, found by DerekT21288, that enables knifing Salazar! Though it takes quite long, it IS possible. You will have to add an exception rule for that spot, though, allowing you to use the Striker to activate the ditman glitch.

No, the only thing that makes the game 100% impossible to knife is saving Ashley in 3-1 & 3-4, and shooting the truck drivers in 2-3 and 5-2. And you have to shoot the switches on the mine cart ride.

It's not impossible, it's just you're required to use a gun at some points in the game. Other than that, about 97% of the game is completely knifable. It's extremely difficult (I've seen KiaWii's run) but it's very possible.

Tip...you should try doing a run where you fill up your case with as much handgun ammo possible, then do it. (What I do when I do an "only" run.)

Well, I simply don't really know. I won't upload all at once, as I need to feed off my videos for some time, meaning that if I have times when I can't record that much, I will always have videos saved up to upload. That's why I upload them one after another like every week or so. Just to have something to come up with ;D
