And what I find untrustworthy about these videos is that they show patients before surgery without any makeup; then after surgery, they have like a shit load of makeup on; it's obvious that they'll look MUCH better in their after photos.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing all reasonable comments to be posted (less derogatory or vulgar ones) and not just ones that spin you in a positive and favorable light. It allows the public to actually engage in feedback and debate the issue as opposed to utilizing the public as a kind of advertising tool. I agree. The old nose was much better--reminiscent of the Greek statues. (Venus perhaps, Goddess of love) You know, that type of poise and sexy elegance that could only be attained with a higher bridge and good tip projection. Her former dimensions along with the subtle but almost imperceptible convexity gave her face character and personality. Now, she lost the height and she lost projection making her look like cute but lacking the strong sex appeal she had before.

@alyschue2498 I had it done 2 weeks ago. everything went alright. first 5 days i was kinda out on pain meds. No pain immediately after surgery and slight discomfort all other times, but medicine helps. after about a week they took out the splinters which did hurt, but only for about 10 seconds. It is a lot of pain but you might be able to request that they put you to sleep first. After that you feel virtually no pain.

if she's modeling it's understandable she would want to look as photogenic as possible. the nose sets the scope and proportions of the face.

however with her breast implants you would hope she doesn't try to overdo it with anything else.
