I remember riding on the SW Chief EB and the stop at Winslow taking literally no more than 2 or 3 seconds from the time the train came to a complete stop till it was rolling again. It seemed like a stop that should either have been downgraded to a flag stop or eliminated altogether.

@decline2state Actually it can get busy, just like in NEedles where 3 and 4 stop there in the wee hours of the morning!
