Yeah Doug won, and ended up barely losing to Celeste in the TOC Finals, it came down to his wager in final on day 2 of the final and he ended up risking too much and got it wrong had he gotten the final right or risked less he'd have won and become only the second Canadian to win the TOC, the other one as we all know was Vancouver's Bob Blake in 1990.
