Dude... this isn't even that great of a live recording, its only 240p; besides the fact that they are playing in freezing cold weather. You should watch some of the Radio City performance or any number of their dvd/blu ray recordings. I think sterlomoto1 got it right when he pointed out that they have been the number one grossing band for the past two decades. I think you need to stop being so close minded like every other country music fan I know, open your ears and listen.

It was most likely tuned inside at 70 degree's, when the wood, metal hits the cold it throws it all off.

its fine if it was tuned in the freezing cold and then played in the freezing cold. the problems if it was tuned somewhere warmer then taked into the cold. cause thats when the metal will contract and the strings will then go out of tune, but not together, they will be out of tune different amounts.
