@DrewDSuperstar erm, Utada Hikaru is an actual artiste, and this is one of her most famous songs. People transcribe the song into a piano piece and play it. So even if the person who posted the video played the song herself/himself....if you need to find something that's not copyrighted, you better steer clear of this one just in case. =X

But if it's just a private album for a friend or something along those lines then it should be okay?

I had a look at both of them and the first one seems like a simplified version (4 pages), and the second one is almost a perfect transcription. I say almost because I didn't look through the whole 10 pages, but the first few that I did look at had no differences from this recording. :)
