For those of you who want to know how to do it, it's rather simple.

First off start by lifting the heel of one of your feet, then push with the tip of your feet (the one of which you lifted you're heel), so you're other foot moves backwards. Put you're heel down again, repeat with other foot, rinse and repeat...
