Same with Bess, Chad Owens, Brennan. And probably the same this year with Royce Pollard and Bryant Moniz. They all get looked over for some reason.

i wanna play for hawaii, im predicted to be one of the top 50 most recruited high school players next year for the class of 2012. i wanna know if anybody knows what its like to play there ? and to live there. ive been told it gets real boring really fast..i hope this isnt true..

@chunkchunk123 it's only boring if you make it boring my friend. UH doesn't have the biggest program you could probably get to, but mcmackin is a great coach and you'll be well taken care of. All the local boys who stay at home to play will show you a good time, good outdoor fun, in shorts and tshirt everyday. your call man, but truly, you'll be part of a family at UH.hope to see u in warrior green in a couple years braddah.

But boring it depends on the individual any place can become boring if you fail to take advantage of the surroundings. BCS idiots match up Hawaii vs Georgia and SC vs Illinois. I understand tradition but it wouldve been better games for tv with a SC vs UGA at the Rose Bowl and UH vs Illinois at the Sugar, but whatever. Boise got lucky when they matched up against OU on a down year. I give them all the credit for winning the Fiesta Bowl but theres no way they woulve beat that same Georgia team Hawaii faced. Nevertheless, Coach Mack & Rolo & staff have the team rolling as if Coach Jones never left. Time to stomp

@koreamoku the thing I didnt understand is Illinois is like ranked what #19 an have like 3 loses why isnt Kansas or Missouri getting a chance to play in a BCS game but Illinois is cause they beat Ohio State who got blown out by LSU. I just think it was kinda shady. What happened happen an the Boys had to show up to play an they didnt that day. I personally felt a match up of Kansas who was ranked like #8 should've been in instead of Illinois an I felt it should've been Hawaii v.s. Kansas

@koreamoku: Yup. I've been saying that all along... Matter of fact, before they even announced that Hawai'i was facing Georgia, I said: I hope thy put us against Illinois... Cuz, we matched up better with them. USC vs. Georgia would've been a better match up but see, after what Boise did to Oklahoma the year before and Utah did to Pitt a couple years before that, the BCS head honchos weren't willing to take that gamble again. (Which backfired again when Utah beat Alabama in '08)

Talking about the Sugar Bowl I'm sick how people act like Blow Outs dont happen just talk to Ohio State who got blown out in 2 National Championships but they seem to not be affected by any of it in fact there still in the talks of it more BCS bull crap.
