I managed to make a 4 floor house with roof access. Took me 5 hours to build, decorate and find all the good furniture.

Making houses is a great way to pass time. :)

The pool surrounding the house is a great idea! But I do agree with fiftyIceStates. It would look a bit too cramped when you furnish it. The house is sprawling, but it has too many rooms. Perhaps if there was a more open floor plan, it would look better?

To tell you truth, i'm not too impressed with it.

I'll admit, the exterior design of the house looks phenomenal, but the interior is somewhat questionable. if you've been to all sims homes, you'd notice that almost all Sims 3 homes are not all about size, but space [[which is what you lack in that home]]...you have too many rooms and too little space. i'm guessing when furnished, it'll look too cramped.

This only my opinion, i don't really like cramped homes.

Well, what i do is i find a big (occupied) lot that i dont use and demolish everything on it. then i just make whatever i want on the newly empty lot.
