I walked three miles today and I had about an hour in gym also.I was absolutely sore and I limped when I walked also because I have a bad sore on my foot but after this it greatly improved and I feel warmer and my hands are tingly and I am calm I like this.

Not in the form you asked about but I do have a DVD which features relaxing music, Beautiful nature photos with inspirational sayings energized with Reiki and runs 46 minutes.

I also have highly energized (with Reiki) Meditation CD's. Each CD runs over an hour and features 3 different guided meditations.

The title of the first CD is "The Art of Meditation Through Guided Imagery" and the other is "Imagine the Possibilities".

Hi Garry, Steve. I have found that I can heal persons of headaches, aches and pains, having almost 100% success with willing participants. I have never studied Raki but do find that whatever I am doing helps people. I tried your healing as I have the flu virus and my left shoulder blade and arm humerus muscle are sore, afterwards I found the soreness very much less and only present on excessive movement, as I am posting this comment the soreness is actually reducing further...Thanks Neil

This really does work. It relaxes you a lot, but i will be totally honest.. it didn't heal my back pain, but relaxed me totally and sent me into a peaceful repose. overall - GREAT!!!
