  • i dont understand why people collect the new 2 dollar bills. i have 3 in my collection. 2 star notes and 1976 GEM. any others i come across i just spend. pretty nice collection though. my collection is getting up there but nothing really special right now

  • @daniel55645 I personally collect the new two dollar bills because I think it is such a unique denomination. I like saving them. I don't know if you know too much about fractional currency, but that was probably a unique currency and denomination to the people back in the day. They spent them, but they did not know they would increase in value in later years. But I see the point you are getting at. Thanks for watching my video and good luck to your collection!!!

  • @Coreyvette2298 right, i guess you have a point with the fractional, and i just found out that they have stopped making the 2's again according to the BEP site. we'll see if they end up making them again.

  • @daniel55645 Really? Well, I think that is a mistake. But, a reason they could have stopped making them is because some people take them as collector's items, and BEP wants to make currency that people will actually spend. But for the time being, time will tell whether or not they will make them again.

  • @Coreyvette2298 ya, its stupid. they'll probably start making them again. they stopped for a while in the 70's and 80's and stated again in 95 so they'll prob start up again some time. they stopped about 2 or 3 years ago

  • @daniel55645 I hope they make them again, they are cool and unique. So, what kind of notes do you have in your collection? This video was an example of my small size note collection, several new certified pieces have been added since. I also have examples of large size U.S. currency.

  • @Coreyvette2298 right now i only have federal reserve notes a few 1 and 5 dollar silver certificates. soon it will have gold certs, more silver certs, FRBN'S and large size. i have a whole list i want but i just started getting serious into my collection so its nothing great right now. i have a video on my profile

  • @daniel55645 Wow, saw the video ad it is pretty impressive. You mentioned Denly's of Boston, and I have heard of that place. I will soon load a video of my large size U.S. currency, check my profile in a few days and see.

  • @Coreyvette2298 thank you. ya id like to see your large size. denlys is my main site for currency and golden eagle coins has some also

  • ohhhhh dear corey.
