it is... this is just one single sketch called boemerang from a comedyshow called in de gloria. they're all well known comedians in flemish belgium, all their sketches are fake reality tv. and do you seriously think that belgians would look, dress and act this way IRL? it's made to look as if it's set in the 80s, and the Erik hartman (the host) is a character played by Tom Van Dyck. so yes, it's fake. look it up, don't keep on denying it endlessly.
