Force me the ring and own me isn't even slightly confusing. Marriage. This song is clearly about some super natural being with an unnaturally long life. Has had several lovers throughout his days but only one it actually cared about and that one bore him a child. He wants to feel for this lover as she feels for him but is either unwilling to or unable to comprehend emotion on such a level. Apparently something that is neither good nor evil just itself. Sonata writes fantasy no Surprises.

Hes talking about a man who has a high view of himself. But at the same time from his life is broken, and twisted. ( broken seed, unwanted weed) He struggles with love for someone cause he considers it weakness, and ends up hurting the one he loved.As he hurt many others because he himself is hurt. Listen again and tell me what u think :)

Beside, I don't think someone else can judge someone's poetry, a poetic phrase, after all, is under poetic license XD One can write whatever he wants, and I think it was Tony's choice to leave them obscure and "ridiculously vague", it's probably a part of the song's character, who always seem to leave a veil of mystery on his own words. But this is just my personal interpretation xD

Sometimes you can't understand the lyrics because it's not obvious as the above, but it still has some hidden meaning to the writer of the song. Try depicting something only you know in one of your songs, show it to other people and you'll understand what i mean.

Alot of people are complaining that the lyrics sound random but- they work, even if they didn't the melody is beautifully epic, and it sounds to me that a girl wanted to marry him and he was against being tied down.
