this is a program and this little part is morgan ågren giving away a lesson/exercise.. i don't know how you say 7-takt in english but i guess 7beats or something.. and he is talking about how you can change the sound just by move your hands in different kinds of patterns while playing. if i need to translate it all it will take several pages but that is what it is about..
