The translation isn't that good in my opinion. The first verse is more like "What pretty eyes you have, underneath those two eyebrows." And malaguena is a dance, so it's the same if you translate to English. I guess wanted to mention this to the English speakers so if they get confused by the lyrics ^^

Malagueña is a song style that was invented by the Andalusian Gypsies (Los Gitanos Andaluces), originating from their "fellah mengu" (which is the Arabic for "foreign music", and later became known as just "Flamenco"). The Rumba is, I believe, the one song style that Flamenco has adopted from the New World. All other styles in common originated in Andalusia.
