I have blue eyes, but I can't use any gold colors because that really looks wierd on me.

I took one of those tests on what colors that fits your skin tone, and the way to find out is to look on your wrist what color it is on your blood vessels. Are they greenish, you look better with warm colors like gold, brown, etc., but If they are blueish you look better with cool colors like silver, blue, etc.

@tHEcONcON9100 There are some drugstore brands that make good brush sets for less than $10. Avoid rookie oversight: remember to define your eyebrows! I started with a palette with neutral colors that can look natural or smokey (bonus! if one of the colors is close to your hair use it for your brows!) and one to enhance my eye color. A little grey or purple liner makes a big difference and doesn't look like you're trying too hard. Remember less is more! (contin.)

Coppers are SOOOOOOOOO gorgeous for blue eyes!!! Especially, if you get the copper color in Urban Decay, the liner, and line it on top, and bottom, that's gonna make your eyes like BAM! We did it at work on me, since I have blue eyes, and i've never seen my eyes pop out so much! Just wish my lashes were super longer. Thanks girl! You're amazing!! <3 =)

i dont really like it, blue and gold eye shadow just dont mix. i like putting shimmery gold over my lids, then put brown on the outer corners, blending them together. then id put black eyeliner on and then brown eyeliner for my top lids, then a bright lipstick. yurs just didnt work out as well as id hoped.

if you have blue eyes you should be wearing colors like red, orange and yellow. wearing blue eyeshadow will wash the color out of blue eyes, not make them pop.

@hellokitty122304 It depends on your hair color as well. It's no different than with wearing that perfect shade of red lipstick. You wear a warm red if you're cool toned. Cool red if you're warm. And if you're a neutral skin tone (meaning you can wear both gold and silver), then you wear a reds with a neutral tone but leaning in the opposite direction of your jewelry for the day.

As for the colors you suggested, red = tired vampire eyes, no matter the shade or intensity. Orange and yellow are lovely, unless you're more cool toned in which case they are both too warm to completement the coloring.

@mmcdonald20081 if you have pink or strong yellow undertones, skip blue altogether or try a very desaturated blue like blue-gray and army blue.

if your skin is olive , use the most daring blue it will look striking

for light or golden skin use a light, baby blue
