  • How do you arrange sessions with you? I have tried behavioral therapy briefly for my chronic pain and I just need to find what works best for me. I am in so much pain daily that I just can't stand it anymore. I would love to look into this farther to find a technique that will work for me. ,

  • @Alpedford I may be able to help. Please contact me by email. You can find my email at my website Quite Mind Cafe. (YouTube won't let me leave my email address here.) We can schedule a time to meet by phone. I look forward to talking with you.

  • Oh amd i also went to the doctors and im getting a surgery by monday, any tips?

  • @yungmula35 Yes, do relaxation exercises, listen to soothing music as you're going under anesthesia, and visualize the best possible outcome. Research shows that these types of activities before surgery can have a significant positive effect on the outcome. Best wishes to you!

  • Thank you so much. Just yesterday while running i got a fracture right below my knee, ive been in constant excruciating pain since then and haven't been able to calm myself your video really helps

  • Thanks x It helped while i am doing it but do you have any idea of how to let it have a long term effect?

  • @ellsstuff I'm glad you're finding some relief. Here are many more techniques we can use. I think you may benefit from a one-on-one telephone session with me. Send me an e-mail so we can set up a time -- the session will be at no charge.

  • Sorry it cut off the end of my comment, which should have I'm not sure it has helped relieve the physical pain, but it for sure calmed me to the point where I am so much less afraid, and am better able to cope/ deal with it. I think I may be even able to fall into a peaceful sleep. Thank you so much; on an intensely painful night you have brought me some very much needed help. May God bless you for this as you help people in pain!

Also , do you have any other resources or products?

  • @jennawholoveseric Yes, there are other techniques that may be helpful to you. I think you would benefit from a one-on-one telephone session with me. At no charge of course. Please send me an e-mail and we can set up a time.

  • This was incredible!! I've lived with severe chronic pain for over 12 years- and this past week I've been in extreme pain. I am a very strong person, but both tonight and yesterday the pain was so severe I've broke down sobbing. Within 2 minutes of starting this video I realized how much emotional chaos I am in (from the severe pain I've been battling) and how unsafe and utterly terrified I felt. From there i was able to relax to a much calmer state. I'm not sure it has helped relieve the

  • This didnt work!!!!! Argh!!!!!!!

  • @MegaNintendomaniac I'm sorry it didn't work for you. Perhaps we need to develop a set of images that is more specific to your needs. I would be happy to meet with you by phone for personalized guided meditation (in the US). Just send me an e-mail message.

  • I have Trigiminal Neuralgia and this just helped me stop an attack of pain before it truly started. Really wonderful :)

  • I have sprained 3 muscles in my leg, and after hearing this once, the pain has decreased considerably, Thank You so much!

  • @dottieeeeee You’re welcome. It is surprising how pain can change so quickly with a thought.

  • loved this so much and feel so much calmer and in context with the pain....Im not in pain, the pain is in me...and seeing the pain in context with the rest of my healthy body was just wonderful. Thankyou so much x

  • @feralfaerie Yes, it all be comes manageable this way. You are welcome.

  • Thank you so much---I have Fibromyalgia and nerve damage and the pain is sometimes very bad. I am always looking for natural ways to manage it. This was a godsend!

  • @troopersqueen I'm so glad it has helped. With practice the guided meditation will deepen and provide even more benefit.

  • Helped me with my panic attack, now what about my hemorrhoids?

  • YUP, NICE ; ) Ur not in pain, the pain is in u ; )

  • INTERESTING...GUESS IT WOULD WORK BETTER IF I COULD ACTUALLY GET IN A STARTING POSITION WITH NO PAIN...

  • ty so much x

  • Just what I needed. Thank you.

  • Went to the doc today for back pain. He said it was all in my head. Then told me he takes Aleve for his knees and does just fine. I have two herniated discs and one bulging, sciatic pain and muscles that dont relax..EVER. So I am looking for ways to help myself. Hope this helps!! Pain is depressing 24/7

  • @sharilynanton I also have sciatica, I started meditating regularely 7 months ago and it really helps. I injured myself in a fall when I was a runner and before I learned to meditate and control pain through it I was taking pain pills, now I will not put that stuff in my mouth, they only cover up the symptoms so we don;t know what is really wrong with us. Stick to meditation twice a day and eat inti-inflamation diet (whole foods) and exercise and soon you will feel better. Good luck..

  • i have pain 24/7.sometimes i feel like i could write music for eminem.

  • @TheC2l I have peripheral neuropathy too and it sucks; I know your pain, and literally at that.

  • Nice. Thanks

  • Thank you, relaxing and helpful.

  • this is fantastic, thank you! I had severe pain, and this reduced it hugely just after one listen!
