Anybody else seeing how Mr Sandler's head-neck-back relationship is way out of natural alignment? His problem is that over the years he has developed - possibly due to the cycling training - an excessive kyphosis in his upper back and, if possible, even worse lordosis in his neck. He's also pulling his shoulders towards his ears when his bare feet get pinched by sharp objects: not a nice thing to watch from the professional barefoot running coach. He should get some Alexander Technique lessons!
@BornBarefooted1971 I doubt many of his clients have a trained eye enough to spot those features, and even if they did, those finiky postural cues are far outweighed by the real fundamentals of Bf running: high cadence, landing close to the center of gravity, and proprioceptive/environmental awareness. I think he does those three pretty well for a guy with an inch leg length discrepancy
Solo aquel que se atreve a probar elandar y correr descalso de nuevo, descubre el mundo que por el calzado habia olvidado que existia....... si el pudo correr despues de lo que le paso fue por hacer ejercicio de la forma en que dios nos diseño.
barefoot running seems to be pretty awesome , but how do u manage to run in ankle deep snow/freezing water more than 15min without your feets falling off ? ^^
well actually i havn't really tried being barefoot out side during the winter but the tought of it already gives shivers
any one noticed that he is talking in SHOE STORE :)
