  • Stevia is soooo nasty...I have always hated artificial sweeteners and that weird taste in diet sodas and stuff. Plus one tiny bottle of stevia in my country is around $40 ($20 US). So I'm trying to deal with just the black coffee, no sugar. I really love my coffee with non-dairy creamer and no sugar, but since we're not allowed creamer... :( I just finished VLCD day 4 and I'm down 8lbs!! WOOOP!!

  • Everyone does it. We're all kind of dumb as humans. I needed to lose the weight (and regain it) EIGHT TIMES before I finally figured out that dieting never works. You always come off it and regain.

    By "dieting" I mean anything that requires you to *force* yourself to eat a certain way. Natural methods of changing your relationship with food, work permanently, and I used one to finally lose the weight. But I lost at a crawling speed of 2-5 pounds a MONTH.

  • Drinking a lot of water when dieting is always a great idea. One we are 90% water so it is always good to have that water source to replace that which you lose throughout the day. Also if you don't drink enough water then your body will store water, so drinking water will help fight against your body storing it, so in reality drinking less water will make you weigh more then drinking more water.

  • I mix about 2cc's of liquid crack into my HCG before injection, it's been helping me lose a lot more weight, lost about 20 more lbs in the last month or so, never looked or felt better,only downside is now I'm not sure if it's the HCG or crack that's helping me lose the lbs, maybe it's because I'm only eating 500 calories per day? I was thinking of increasing my calories to 700 or so to help offset the increase in metabolism,anyone try this yet? Maybe I should just hire a Registered Dietitian?

  • On the whipped cream did u look not only at how many calories there are but how many calories per servings there are. The whole can is not 25 calories. I believe a tablespoon is 1 serving so its 25 calories per tablespoon..wow not good.

  • ALL fruits and veggies are good during the day, EVEN SUGAR is better than fake sugar, don't be afraid of sugar, people are so stupid sometimes. Don't eat SUGARY fruit at night. Google this stuff online, b/c if you look it up, you learn better you remember better and perhaps get the 5 factor diet book, but I don't agree with the meat part in it. meat is acidic and it throws your PH off, if you're fat you can't fuck around.   • on jan 9th i started a diet workout routine. after a month i stopped thinking of it as a diet and started thinking of it as a lifestyle change. fruits and veggies. thats it. and an hour a day in the gym. 70% cardio and 30% lifting. i lost 60 pounds so far. i look nice and cut. and i actually look good naked. im still not where i want to be yet but its better than all these little tricks. low cal high cardio. its as simple as that.

    When you burn glucose you overeat right after, dizzy and unhealthy, fatter, just more tired. If you're OBESE or FAT, exercise a light exercize for a LONGER period of time, that way you will truly loose. Inlude weights but don't overdo that +WATER

  • Water can be considered a poison when over-consumed just like any other substance. The recommendation from the medical field is to drink about 1.2 liters per day depending upon body mass. Water intoxication would only occur at levels far higher than that.

    Wow! I'm not on this stupid ass diet. I don't believe in diets especially fad diets, I believe in life long balanced eating. Who's dumb? A gallon of water is is about 2x the amount of water reccomended for us to intake per day. People can die or get sick from water intoxication. I was going based on what she said in the video. Anyone who does fad diets are lazy and stupid. Nothing replaces hard work and a balanced diet.

Eating clean and exercising has lost me 50 pounds in 4 months. The only way I achieved that was realizing real science and truth.

It works :) But don't overdo it on the weights..

    to be honest i was a big girl when i started goin to the gym and scared people where looking at me laughing but i made friends with alot of people who are there for the same reason as me to get fit and they helped me to do the right workouts and i feel great for the first time in ages dont let anything hold you back this diet seems to me like a quick fix that would do more damage then good xx

Yes, definetly a low calorie diet.. what I ate were these microwavable foods called Michellin's.. They have a variety of tasty meals. they run for about $1 each.. & you have to workout! daily.. get your butt to the gym! do cardio.. otherwise, its simply not gonna happen.
