So not true I've doen the diet many times and it really does work....maybe not for everyone who tries it but trust me it does work and it makes u feel energized and lighter.
Ummm I purchased this book, and it doesnt recommend eating grapefruit? It recommends eating 4 servings of fruit, and 6 servings of veggies, whole grains etc.

I have a print out of this diet and i want to start it it says 52 pounds in 2 1/2 pounds
but is this fat that you lose?
