  • will this only work with macbook pros or will it work for the white macbook too?

  • smoke a blunt

  • that computer dosent even have a light sensor and even if it did it´s ambient and cant see the difference so clearly = funny but not true video.

however IF i am wrong (witch im not), well done!

  • @tusah78 you are an idiot, it ODES have a light sensor.

  • @WindowsTricks001" ODES" rofl

i guess cause its in CAPS it makes it funny

  • Please reapluad it has been deleted!

  • the file deleted from megaupload where can i download it from

  • who needs this with the new track pad anyways..

  • could you please re-upload the file! it has been removed :(

  • tec me dud

  • I can imagine people giving you dirty looks when you do that...lol

  • Yerk

  • How's the magic mouse on your vagina feel cunt nugget

  • Can you tell me more about this script please?

  • does this work for the late 2009 macbook pro, not the i5,i3, or i7 processors?

  • if you want an invite message me your email address....message me your email address....message me your email address....message me your email address

  • ur gay man

  • Light sensor? why wouldnt you just have someone with a wireless mouse activate the hotcorners feature.....

  • @Embroik Because everything he said made perfect sense, the mac book pro has an ambiant light sensor. if he hovers his hand over it the light changes and expose is activated. I made something like it with Java on an old linux machine. Good job iDownloaded, very nice.

  • @vivanetx I know im just saying its pointless to make such a program when you could of easily pulled it off with hot corners

  • @Embroik Because this is much cooler.

  • "the force is stong with idownloaded.

  • I tried it, and all it does is makes the bars in that ShadowBook app go up and down. Is it supposed to do anything else?

  • @noobaloobgood

    so true lmao

  • Up in the corner of the left speaker is the ambient light sensor on these models, (u know the thing that turns on the keyboard light!)

there is a app that uses this for that function.

  • guys he is doing that by touching 4 fingers on the touch pad (which he isnt showing on the video). this guys a fagot.

  • not really. they actually do have a program that does this. I had it on my old powerbook g4

  • um this is the old macbook pro no multi touch track pad so i don't think so

  • @johnpizz123 how , with his third arm? one is holding a camera, and one is tripping a light sensor.

  • hmm does this work on a macbook without a light up keyboard?

  • seriously, its not hard to make a script and change the function of the light sensor..

  • You guys all need to learn to read the description :0

  • GOOD LORD HOW ON EARTH CAN HE DO THAT?

  • the reason why is he is not showing the mouse!!!!! You can only do those gestures on the mouse!!!!

  • fake

  • Honestly though, they're incompatible, lousy mechanical devices.

  • yes it does!! loool...SCROLL 4 FINGERS OVER YOUR TRACK PAD ....THIS GUY IS A JOKE!! LOOOOL, THIS AINT NO TRICK

  • I think he somehow uses the ambient light sensor wich is normaly used to control the backlit keyboard.

  • exactly

  • well NO WONDER it's not working, we need RunExpose.scpt

  • hmm I tried getting it working but it says can't open file. which folder specifically do you mean?

  • Ripper3gc i think you're an idiot

  • wow who cares about you mac book this is some shit who no one cares about

  • obviously you because you were watching it!!

  • so this wont work on the new macbook pro?

  • look in the description box

  • please tell me there is the home folder

  • wat is the site where u download it??

  • Ok, for all you haters out there, that think "you have me figured out" if you haven't noticed... i have a script in the description box that will actually make this work on a macbook pro. So stop hating unless you have a legitimate reason.

  • using hotspots ...

simply using touchpad to aim the mouse in a corner which activetes expose function ....

noting impresive, standard feature, ppl jsut cant see it on the vid as you'r doing it outsideof the picture ...

  • A MacBook Pro has an ambient light sensor built in that's right underneath the speakers where he's waving his hands. A little hack can do that just like he says in the description. And if you look at the video, there's a clip where you can see the trackpad.

  • i'm not saying it's impossible to do that

i'm saying this vid is NOT a proof he done that

you could get the same vid by

    >using using wireless imouse

    >using touchpad + hotspots

so this vid offers no valuable proof that he actuly performed the 'hack'

(and yes you can see the touchpad by the end of the vid, but just like half of it, the part outside of picture could still be used to achieve the same result as mentioned above)

  • well he mentions how to do it in the description. Try it out then.

  • do the new macbook pro's?

    -thanks

  • Yes, the ambient light sensor has been built into the MacBook Pro since the PowerBook G4 17" came out. On the older models, the sensor was underneath the left speaker grille, but on the unibody ones it is on the top of the screen above the iSight.

  • pleeeasee tell me where is the home folder

  • or your just using an external keyboard

  • if the lights are off it still notices because of the light coming off the screen. its just a matter of how they set up the sensitivity

  • not true. come on dude

  • see if you spent that ammount of time effort and money on a pc water cooling brillaint gamers board and components then you could program that if ur any good to respond to commands i mean xp currently does it and if you traind up it can be pretty good lol beat tht

  • I don't have to, Apple already did. :P

  • do it in the dark

  • For all the non-believers out there its not a fake, it uses a script with the built in light sensor on the macbook pros, Im still trying to get a workable script ready, but it should work with the Air also because it also has a light sensor

  • HELLO WHAT IF THE LIGHTS TURN OFF!

  • lol ownt

  • that is point less... if you are going to lift your hand to do that you could just lift a finger and click f10...

  • or the actual expose function button, should be f3

  • can it be that you doe it wit the 'F*'-buttons on an external keybord? because i don't really beleave it.

  • The force is strong in this one!

  • I'd love to see the scripts!

  • dead sea

  • wow thats pointless

  • hey nice work man, could i have the scripts please?

    thanks

    tim

  • Will it work on a Mac Book (the original MacBook)? Thanks

  • no, macbooks don't have a ambient light sensor

  • will that work on a new macbook if so how do install that

  • only macbook pro's it uses the light sensor for the keyboard. try smack book though thats what i use.

  • post how-to please.

  • Can you do that with an iMac?

  • You will not, this is for the light sensor of the macbook pro.

    Bye ;)
