  • thats what happens when you make your muscle grow really fast and dont allow the slower but just as important tendons catch up.... 650lbs is a shit ton

  • @Lrayms01 I would agree with your comment if I hadn't been competing in powerlifting and strongman for 15 years without issue...made steady progress for many years, don't think the issue was getting strong too fast, this was not an uncommon training weight. According to doctor, the issue was more likely related to age (rupture was 1 month before turning 40) and decreased circulation to tendons.
