@Lrayms01 I would agree with your comment if I hadn't been competing in powerlifting and strongman for 15 years without issue...made steady progress for many years, don't think the issue was getting strong too fast, this was not an uncommon training weight. According to doctor, the issue was more likely related to age (rupture was 1 month before turning 40) and decreased circulation to tendons.
