there should be a movie for sugar ray robinson, i think it would be more entertaining, after all he had better flurries and hand speed was exceptional.
Thats so true, raging bull was a great movie, moving. Robinson was a legend, over 200 fight and only 19 losses, amazing speed even ali said that he emulated his style, the only thing is who's going to play him.
a lot of ppl dont know, that he trained for a whole yr to get in shape for this movie. then at the end, all of that weight he shows is actually hes. so after all of that training he took some time off to gain it all back. now thats a true actor!

For me Raging bull is De Niros best part! He plays the character perfectly!

This the greatest montage, I mean this entire montage should been included in the film, with both the color and B&W scenes.

Hey can somebody post the actual montage in this film? This one has been slightly altered.

So beautiful music. I like colored part, it shows happy part of La Motta live.

Who composed the music, or what orchestra is the music played by?
shelaghmac 4 years ago
It's by Pietro Mascagni. Barcarolle from "Silvani." I don't know the orchestra, though.
