Common law is avaiable everywhere, but because of the (see my earlier message) history it is more hidden. This law, in your country is called: allemansrätten. This law is applicable in Sweden in regard of for instance camping on owned ground, not from yourself. If people could inform more about the possibilities, please let us know!

Common law is avaiable everywhere, but because of the (see my earlier message) history it is more hidden. This law, in your country is called: allemansrätten. This law is applicable in Sweden in regard of for instance camping on owned ground, not from yourself. If people could inform more about the possibilities, please let us know!

This is pretty interesting, but the US law and UK differ quite alot from European law. It is far more difficult to prove such a thing as 'common law'. It has to do with the french revolution where are local common laws where collected and melted down to 'code napoleon' that what the basis for statutory law what we have now in Europe.

I wish this were not true but I have seen the stock on my birth cert on the corp side of the stock market where the big corporations invest in human capital. My kids bc stocks were in a group with other kids called a commonwealth. So how does a person disassociate themself from being a Artificial Person when in court when if it was investigated, it would be found that the Natural Person is cashing checks, paying bills, etc. addressed to the artificial person? There are a number of things that I would love to go to court for and say "That aint me." However, if they dug in my pocket they would see that I am carrying the property of an Artifical Person. i have a hard time with the claim: if you aren't apart of the law society(LS) you are exempt of their legislature. simply because it's the civil society(CS) [country/corp.] that enforces said law not the LS. the LS is hiered by them. the LS authors the rules in much a way an architect would plan/design a build. it's the "owner" of the "house" enforces the rules. no shoes allowed. what if i told you i'm not a member of the architect society therefore exempt from your rules. that's laughable.

If this is true, we are stuck in a system where everyone already believes what the government has told them, and so does most of the people in the government itself! So, what can we do about it?
