I read online that these tanks may not fit into certain markers due to a short regulator and might not get activated by the pin inside the marker. Does anyone know if it fits into a 2009 Spyder electra?

i wouldnt but it is possible. If you shoot really slow and make sure liquid dosent get into your gun then you could use it on an ion but is NOT reccomended. An SLG (the old model) dosent use a standard noid (uses one like a spyder) and not much can be damaged by co2 so i dont see why you cant use it on an slg ( besides blowing orings) but if you shoot really slow and its always warm then you should bo ok..OR you can save money and trouble be getting a cheaper gun and co2.

HPA (high pressure air) can only be used in tournament grade guns because co2 is harmful to the internals. Co2 is also less consistent in pressure causing your fps to be all over the place.

HPA gets more shots compared to co2.

hpa is constantly flowing air into your marker even when your rapidly shootings streams of paintballs

co2 is not constantly flowing the same pressure into your marker so you get spikes and decreases in your air pressure. And it chills if your shooting large amount of paintballs at one time(causing your tank to loose pressure)

Thats why the pros use HPA

co2 is terrible for the gun, also no good guns are able to use co2 it wouod freeze the circuitry and fuck up the gun. C02 is like old technology, compressed air is cleaner and more efficient.

I just got this tank for my BT-4 Assault and i cant get mine to chrono above 270, i get better FPS with CO2 than with this HPA tank. anyone know if the BT-4 needs my HPA output to be 850?

I just baught a spyder and i also purchased a air myth 300psi airtank. When i tried to put it in i dfound that it does not fit into the area were my co2 tank goes in .The gun can use compressed air i checked and the tank should be able to fit. if any 1 has a sudgestion what to do e mail me,

when i bought this tank it didnt fit on my dp fusion but then i realized that the rail was to close to the bottom of the grip so i took it a litle bit more to the back and the tank fit

The Myth is a great light weight regulator. It is very easy to install if you get your tank hydro tested since they have to remove your existing regulator.
