I haven't played wow since march, and even before that I had quit my mage months earlier going to be playing it again pretty soon. The video says you have 2% Mana regen per kill trinkets. What are those?
If you read the description just to the right of the video you'll see the xp. Of course it varies wether you have WG or not. I don't know gold per hour, but if you use the formula I've posted there, you can replace the 1k (which is xp) with average gold per mob in the area and you will have avg gold per hour. I stopped playing so I can't check it for you ;)
2. Shatter Barrier is almost required if you want to chainpull groups of mobs that are 2-3 lvls higher than you. This because of the big chance of missing a lot with just a frost nova. I've aoeleveled my main from 20ish to 64 without shatter barrier. It means you either have to always have cold snap ready to get FN off CD if it misses a mob, or just keep to mobs at lower lvl than you. It takes a little getting used to getting it right :)

Trinket is heirloom item Discerning Eye of the Beast
This vid is based on outdated gamedata though, items/talents/spells might have changed since april :)

I recommend going here only if you're experienced. I tried learning here and i failed miserably : P

I wouldn't recommend learning aoegrinding here. Do that with smaller packs of lower lvl mobs.

1. What trinkets? They are not showin on yer armory.
2. I find using shatter barrier messes up my groupings, have ya tried it without?
3. Glyph of Ice Barrier helpful here?
