@ Blazebone360 no, In fact if you take the Perk that makes evil characters drop fingers Outcasts drop fingers, The NAMED outcasts Dont, So if you kill For example Defender Jenkins, You lose karma.

I think outcasts are lame. They walk the wastes to find tech. As far as i know BoS have better tech then they, but i could be wrong. Any way, i am mostly good in this game, and thats why love killing eclave whit my followers, wich mostly wear brotherhood armor.

What have you done! I like the outcasts. I give them tech all the time. I simply use Linden's outcast power armor if I want to wear it. The outcasts can be found patrolling the wastes so, they are helpful if only indirectly. Whatever Raider or creature they shoot is one less thing to kill wastelanders. You see wastelanders dying all the time. So, I know why they feel that way about them.

Here's another good way for outcast armor-

Go to smith casey's garage ans up the street you'll see some trucks and a tent most of the times I fast travel there there are some outcast gettin owned by a sentry bot. Take their armor. Careful of sentry bot though.

Then you musn't be that good. Charging into a battle guns blazing is the worst move a player could make. They'll get themselves killed within moments. Going in gung-ho exposes one to unnecessary risk, while having a plan, like sniping from the ledge above or planting mines, will get one what they desire, in this case Outcast Power Armor, without putting oneself in harm's way. Playing it smart guarantees better chance for success.
