It’s amazing that every religion talks about a life after so-called death, but sadly cannot explain it very well. Of course there is life after so-called death, why have life in the first place if there was nothing? And it CAN be proved.
I think deep down we all know what will happen to us when we die. The difference is that some of us have the balls to admit it to ourselves, and others don't. Either way, we'll all share the same fate in the end.

I believe that there are two different dimentions...the one is the dimention of the world (today) including every single object, human bodies etc...and the second one is the dimension of spirits...so in order to stay alive...you have to combine those two dimentions...I think it's just like a computer...there is hardware and software(OS)...so in order to get the computer working...you have to combine them...but when you die the dimention of spirts leaves the other one.
I believe we just simply go to sleep and thats that. Our soul may live on but our soul and our brain are two very different things. When the brain dies everything we know and feel dies along with it. I used to think the Father was unapproachable and Jesus was, but I learned that they both want an intimate relationship with us. @k0smon Don't draw a conclusion too fast. Those things I wrote was revealed to me. I was allowed to feel what a dead person felt. However I too have seen some ghosts(rare fortunately). So I believe the information is incomplete but I can tell that mankind is not meant to go on immediately after death(right away). No where in the bible does it say we do either. In fact the ancient words for hell (hades and sheol) mean "common grave for mankind". I have studied this intensely. @bertv33 You need to go to the doctor and get on antidepressants and something for anxiety. Then get something for sleep to knock you out so you don't think about it. ALso see a counselor to try to figure out what is making you do this (talk about your fear of death...perhaps religious belief would help). I know it seems like a lot of meds but it's only short term until you start to do better and the counseling starts to benefit you.

I believe that there are two different dimentions...the one is the dimention of the world (today) including every single object, human bodies etc...and the second one is the dimension of spirits...so in order to stay alive...you have to combine those two dimentions...I think it's just like a computer...there is hardware and software(OS)...so in order to get the computer working...you have to combine them...but when you die the dimention of spirts leaves the other one.

I believe we just simply go to sleep and thats that. Our soul may live on but our soul and our brain are two very different things. When the brain dies everything we know and feel dies along with it. So basically if you went to heaven you will never know and the same would be for hell, you wont know it. So enjoy life its the only one we will have.

The man who went to hell couldn't sleep alone for 4 days in the hospital after he was resuscitated. Both of them told me you don't just go to sleep. Both were fully aware the whole time. I urge you to accept Jesus Christ as your savior.

Church if a fear of mine with people passing out and stuff and dead bodys (being the cross image) it gave me endless nightmares as a kid so I develpoed my own way around it and how I see things. I used to think the Father was unapproachable and Jesus was, but I learned that they both want an intimate relationship with us. God loved us so much He sent His son to die for us so we can be redeemed from sin and have eternal life. Believe that God raised Jesus from the dead and ask Jesus to be Lord over your life. @WayneWiblin Not exactly people in death don't go to heaven nor hell unless they have been raised to life and judged.
The dead go to the world of the dead or what some would call the kingdom of death. In it the dead no longer aware of themselves, no longer remember God and not able even in the slightest to register time.
They become as if a non living thing.. The time of receiving and giving is shut to them. They do not vanish but are kept in that state. This is not merely my belief.

@k0smon Don't draw a conclusion too fast. Those things I wrote was revealed to me. I was allowed to feel what a dead person felt. However I too have seen some ghosts(rare fortunately). So I believe the information is incomplete but I can tell that mankind is not meant to go on immediately after death(right away). I have that piece of information which later I found backed by the bible. But it is only a piece of the whole picture as I have seen ghosts too.

@Thelowestlevel Understand that it was not God that created Sin. The first sin was not Adam and Eve,it was Satan's. His rebellion against God in Heaven was because of Satan's Pride (sin) He wanted to put his throne above God and Gain the praise of all those in Heaven so he rebelled against God which was why he was cast out of Heaven.So Satan is the originator of sin and he then influenced Eve to eat of the tree of life thereby causing God to cast them out of the Garden of Eden.

When you die. Your spirit remains in the grave,you dont go to heaven or hell you rest until you are called to stand before judgment. Then if your name is found written in the book of life you will be allowed into heaven,if not then you will be cast into hell.

People interpret religious texts however way they want ALL THE TIME. Religious texts often use metaphors to send messages but people often read them literally or misinterpret them. That's why India worship cows; they read it literally. When ppl say the Bible says blah blah blah, pls note that it's THEIR interpretation of the Bible.

Maybe your "logic" just doesn't allow you to believe these kinds of evidence, or you can do some research yourself. (ex. past life regression, Ian Stevenson, Xenoglossy).
Try to have a open mind when looking through these evidences (learn to listen) and think without conditioned beliefs (what you called common sense).

So they created something in their imaginations: Heaven, Hell, afterlife etc. Death is nothingness. You shut down. Its darkness. Reality - You are able to touch another object with your own body.
Conciousness - Make up an object and imagine you picking it. You and others wont believe that it was real, because you made it up.
We cannot image clearly, because at this moment, we live in a 3 dimension body and we use a small part of our consiousness
What happens when you die? Ofc our bodies decay and we are left with our conciousness. What then? Be a god.

You have no sense of time, just like if you go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am the last thing you remember is when you lied on your bed, the rest of the 8 hours of sleep felt like a minute (Very Quick). @shihtzufizzers i agree that sleeping is the closest thing we can experience to death while alive (without counting before being born) but it is so because you dont remember (not allways, but lots of times) what happened while u slept but what jesus didnt know is that we ALLWAYS dream something, but its just that sometimes we remember and others we dont, bu while dying you arent "dreaming" or doing anything so it doesnt have so much in common really

So yes in that way, sleeping is different. The bible does tell us that the dead are conscience of nothing, (eccl 9:5,6) So we have this and a guide of comparing it to sleep. No where in the bible does it say we do either. In fact the ancient words for hell (hades and sheol) mean "common grave for mankind". I have studied this intensely. In romans 5:12 it says the payment for our sins is death. so if death is payment why would we have to have enternal toment as punishemt? THe bible tells us Jesus went to hell. Job asked to go there. If hell is a place of torment why would Jesus go there? REv 20:13,14 speaks of hell being put in the lake of fire, the second death. no coming back from there. never a place of torment.

But we need to prepare for the next life, the life after death, there will b no ending to that life... there you will live for eternal. @bertv33 i believe the exact same things... i am an atheist.. i dont believe in god.. but at times i wish god just wasnt a figment of people imaginations... i also cant sleep i sometimes cant breath at the thought of never opening my eyes for eternity because i would be dead.i have a phobia no doubt... if anyone even mentions death to me i start to hyperventilate and i get so depressed.. i might even have trouble breathing.. im so scared.. i need help myself..

@bertv33 You need to go to the doctor and get on antidepressants and something for anxiety. Then get something for sleep to knock you out so you don't think about it. ALso see a counselor to try to figure out what is making you do this (talk about your fear of death...perhaps religious belief would help). I know it seems like a lot of meds but it's only short term until you start to do better and the counseling starts to benefit you.
