There's 3 spots shown here, all well known Right at the start is Newnham, but it was pretty poor on the day I filmed. Best I've seen there is a clean wall, banks to bank just short of head high. Next was the well known Severn Bore Inn section. I've seen head high barrels there.. I sent you a link to someone else's video with that spot in. Last was the Home Run . The wave ends after that bridge. Never seen any great size, but it's much faster there, and it's fun just to hang on and enjoy the ride

Yeh, it runs upstream from around Arlingham,just off junction13, M5, to Maisemore weir, just north of Gloucester

Rodney, he made it just to the bridge, but the cam ran out of juice. GL.. my elbows are longer and bonier..lol. Pdp of course I remember you... you filmed me gettingbeaten up by a wave , a kayak and a tree! Let's show these longboarders how to ride this baby.Knight,come joins us.. you're a longboarder.. let the spongers give you a lesson in bore-riding;-) And yeh it's fun. not many get a ride on a bore and never return.. there's a good reason for that.
