I really feel these implants placed under the muscle are always too wide medially therefore will not offer the patient natural breast movement (inability to push breasts together or give a sufficient cleavage) I think the only way to achieve this natural movement is to place in a sub-glandular position with dermal matrix support -- what is your opinion on this for low body fat candidates?
