Both are equally good. You can always make up for their shortcomings later in the game by leveling up skills that you find later are more essential to your particular gaming style.

Rather, it is Turin's loved one of sorts. It was not taken from Bioshock, but all completely done in Oblivion.

The voice is not necessarily announced, however, it could be assumed to be Sithis... however, it could simply be his own diluted mind.

A capture card could work, however without a PC (like I use) you will be unable to remove things such as the interface.
