This band is a Christian band. Their songs are Christian songs. Pillar praises God (notice how it's "God" with a capital "G") with their music and the gifts He has given them. So, whether you want to accept it or not, there is a Christian message in this song. And we have every right to discuss it. Just as many forms of good forms of rock (mostly non-mainstream) are hard to find, so are many good forms of talented hip hop and rap. Look up Lecrae, he raps about God. I have no respect for any man that sits down for hours at a time writing about sex drugs and money. But a man that can come up with a rap off the top of his head is pure talent. I'm not saying that lyrics don't play no role at all, i'm just saying that in the metal genre, including all sorts, the most important thing is the dynamic expression and image of the song. This means that melody overrules lyrics. But granted, most songs get that extra spice with some lyrics to follow the musical expression. No doubt.

Religious freaks ruin good music. Just so u know... i was bathtised when i was 18(once again... excuse my spelling) but when i saw prop 8... it was hard but i realized that "protecting" marriage would be letting someone be with the one they love... this is what drove me to become an athiest... not prop 8 its self... but when i went to church... the priest said the gay were fucking raping little kids... what a load of bull shit... the reason are that my parants adopted me and they're gay.... so wheres the logic in that...?

In the old testament was all before Christ. The old testament was Gods original word. But then He sent Jesus to the earth to die. Then in the New Testament you have Matthew Mark Luke then John. They all walked with Jesus. They were his disicples. These Chapters are called "the Gospel". Pretty much each chapter is based upon there own perspective of what thay saw! Re written no diffrent perspective yes! Also in the new it will say for the "scriptures say"
