As this subject is too in depth to debate here and is beyond most of us, Have a read of the Dover case summary. ID/creationism had it's day in court again. If you believe in creationism maybe you can go to court in a simiar way! Prove your point and have it taught in school as science. At the dover trial several ID witnesses (church going) were caught decieving the court. A million dollars in legal cost's were settled on as lawyers knew the school would struggle with 2 mil. There is so much evidence you will have to read the court transcripts for the dover trial with Behe refusing to accept huge amounts of evidence of evolution, yet providing nothing but argument that evolution fails.
