No. King and Armor King share a few moves but other than that they are completely different. Try them yourself, Armor King plays more like Kazuya than King.

Back in T2 and TTT Yoshi and Kuni were almost identical characters. Kuni wouldn't have needed to be replaced because she was already a clone of Yoshi

I have, they were almost exactly the same in T2 and TTT. If they brought a clone back and changed up all their moves it works as it did for AK.

you got it the other way around buddy king is just like old armor king with a couple of new moves this one is more of the brawler

King II is like old armor king because old armor king was removed in tekken 3. Of course King II wasn't in tekken 2.
